Oliver Huang

Vice Chair

Oliver Huang leads SPRING’s health and technology policy work. He has written briefs to the UN on influencers and child exploitation, the UK Minister of Science on quantum policy, and Boston Children’s Digital Wellness Lab on child development and AI products. In addition, he has led policy projects studying legislation on social media access for children and healthcare access. Previously, Oliver was responsible for SPRING’s People team, where he developed SPRING’s training program and oversaw recruitment. Outside of SPRING, Oliver is a student at Duke University.
